Gloram Real Estate was founded in 2018 by David Ziper and Tilo-Amatus Kleinerüschkamp in Frankfurt, Germany. From its roots as a family office, Gloram has grown to an independent real estate investment and management platform.

Independently and together with our partners, we successfully invest in select, income producing real estate in specific prime locations. Our assets under management (AUM) are owned and managed by Gloram and associated companies. Besides a group of entrepreneurial families, institutional investors are partners in Gloram projects.

Gründung

Aus seinem Ursprung als Family Office hat sich Gloram zu einem unabhängigen Immobilien Investment- und Asset Manager entwickelt.

2019
Westend Tower

Erwerb des ehemaligen Coreal Towers im Frankfurter Westend zur Kernsanierung und Repositionierung.

2020
LUME Boutique Hotel

Eröffnung der Neckarvillen in Frankfurt am Main nach 3 Jahren Bauzeit als Boutique Hotel und Mitglied der Mariott Autograph Collection.

Wohn- und Ärztehaus

Erwerb eines 7.000 m² Wohn- und Ärztehauses in einer 1-A-Lage in der Hanauer Innenstadt.

2021
Victoria Turm

Erwerb des Landmark Bürohochhauses „Victoria Turm“ im Mannheimer Glückstein Quartier direkt am Hauptbahnhof.

balserhaus

Erwerb eines denkmalgeschützten Bürogebäudes aus den 50ern im Frankfurter Westend an der Senckenberganlage.

11.000 m² VERMIE­TUNGS­LEISTUNG

Neuvermietung des Victoria Turms in Mannheim an die Landesbank Baden-Württemberg sowie Neuvermietung des Westend Towers in Frankfurt.
