About us
Gloram was founded by David Ziper and Tilo-Amatus Kleinerüschkamp in 2015 with the vision of establishing a powerful operational investment platform.
From its origins as a family office, Gloram has evolved into an independent investment and asset manager. We invest in real estate and private equity with a cross-generational perspective and a permanent capital basis.

Acquisition of the former Coreal Tower in Frankfurt’s Westend for extensive refurbishment and repositioning.
2020
LUME Boutique Hotel
Opening of Neckarvillen in Frankfurt am Main — a boutique hotel three years in the making and now part of the prestigious Marriott Autograph Collection.

RESIDENTIAL AND MEDICAL CENTER
Acquisition of a 7,000 m² residential and medical building in a prime location in Hanau’s city centre.

Victoria Turm
Acquisition of the iconic “Victoria Tower” office high-rise in Mannheim’s Glückstein Quarter, right next to the central station.
2022
balserhaus
Acquisition of the heritage-listed “Balserhaus,” a 1950s office building in Frankfurt’s prestigious Westend on Senckenberganlage.

11,000 SQ M LEASING PERFORMANCE
Outstanding leasing successes: Victoria Tower in Mannheim secured by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Westend Tower in Frankfurt newly let.
2024
SOFIENQUARTIER
Acquisition of the Darmstädter Hof Centrum in Heidelberg’s historic city center, now transformed into “Sofienquartier” — a vibrant new urban quarter combining work, living, and shopping.
