The private equity firm GLORAM is steadfastly continuing its growth trajectory and strengthening its real estate platform both in terms of personnel and strategy. In this context, Andrej Korenblit is assuming the role of Head of Real Estate effective immediately. Marcel Hoffmann, who has been with the company since 2022, is now serving as Head of Asset Management.
In his new role, Andrej Korenblit is responsible for the Group’s overall real estate strategy. His focus is on scaling the investment business, while Marcel Hoffmann is responsible for expanding the asset and property management platform. He will assume overall operational responsibility for the portfolio going forward.
The goal is to further expand GLORAM’s position as an integrated, nationwide real estate investor. By clearly separating overall strategic responsibility from operational implementation, a scalable management and organizational structure is being created.
“With Andrej Korenblit joining the team and the new structure in asset management under Marcel Hoffmann, we are laying the groundwork for the next phase of growth,” commented the company’s co-founders, David Ziper and Tilo Kleinerüschkamp. “A newly acquired separate-account mandate also confirms investors’ continued confidence in our strategy and our platform.”
