Gloram was founded in 2015 by David Ziper and Tilo-Amatus Kleinerüschkamp as a privately-owned investment firm. We invest in real estate across German growth regions and in select operating companies.
From its origins as a family office, the group has developed into an independent investment and asset manager. At the core of our work stands the long-term partnership with families, entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial institutional investors.
